Updates to the Maltkiln planning application masterplan
Following North Yorkshire Council’s adoption of both the Development Plan Document (DPD) and Masterplan Framework Document, the project team has made several refinements to the planning application masterplan. This ensures that the proposals remain consistent with the adopted DPD and Masterplan Framework Document.
The changes respond to detailed feedback gathered through North Yorkshire Council’s consultation on the Masterplan Framework Document in January. They continue to support the vision for a healthy, walkable new community centred around Cattal railway station, with new homes, services, green space and sustainable travel routes.
We are now inviting you to review the updated planning application masterplan and provide comments below, ahead of the planning application being resubmitted.
